Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using TrueCost Labour Pro (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms apply to all users of the App. Yellow Sky Studio may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.
Description of Service
TrueCost Labour Pro is a calculator tool designed to help service-based businesses estimate employee labour costs, job profitability, and maximum crew time. The App is intended for planning and decision-support purposes only.
Disclaimer of Warranties
All calculations provided by the App are estimates only. Payroll deduction rates, tax rates, workers’ compensation rates, and labour regulations vary by province, industry, and year. Results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or up to date.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Yellow Sky Studio does not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
Nothing in the App constitutes financial, accounting, tax, payroll, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all rates, deductions, and calculations applicable to your business, industry, and jurisdiction.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yellow Sky Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, business decisions made based on App results, payroll errors, or other losses related to reliance on the App.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to stop using it.
Subscription and Payment
Access to premium features may require an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. Pricing, billing terms, and any trial details are displayed to you at the time of purchase.
A free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers. If offered, the subscription will automatically renew at the applicable rate after the free trial ends unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings or Google Play account settings. Refunds, if any, are handled according to the policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the App or attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
The App and all related content, features, functionality, branding, and design elements are owned by Yellow Sky Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal or internal business use.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
